NSRC regularly conducts identified research – meaning identifying the sponsor of the
research. For these “white glove” projects in particular, special precautions are taken
to ensure respondents are left with an excellent impression of the research process.
Interviewers are trained to flag urgent messages that need to be passed on
immediately to the research sponsor.
