NSRC, founded in Cleveland in 1949, is a full-service marketing research
and consulting company. The following tells our story.

every part of your research project from questionnaire design and data collection
to statistical analysis and reporting. We employ a variety of data collection
methods, including telephone interviews, focus groups and in-person interviewing.
A company doesn't remain in business for well over a half-century unless
it provides an excellent product at a reasonable price. Our commitment to

Each staff member is a seasoned marketing research professional with a minimum
of 12 years experience at NSRC. Our company is committed to cross training
staff members in all aspects of marketing research. The cross training includes
involvement in questionnaire design, sample development, project management,
data analysis and report writing.
The project managers and analysts at NSRC know all of the interviewers on
a first name basis. They monitor telephone interviews and talk to the interviewers
so they get a feel for subtleties that can't be discovered by just crunching
numbers.

Emergency backup capabilities are present during every phase of the project
to ensure that agreed upon implementation schedules and deadlines will be
