CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Each month, NSRC conducts thousands of telephone interviews. NSRC serves a variety of clients in transportation, utilities, banking, health care, manufacturing, consumer goods and service-related industries. Our research facility is equipped with computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) technology to provide our clients with accurate and cost effective data collection combined with fast turnaround. NSRC staff uses on-site monitoring to listen to interviewers and offers remote monitoring capabilities to clients. We adhere to a stringent 15-point quality assurance process to ensure excellence in data collection.
