As President and CEO of NSRC, Hank Cigolle oversees all research efforts and ensures that the company’s stringent standards are met and exceeded. In addition, he has led the way in building strategic alliances with local and national contacts. Hank comes to NSRC with a strong background in problem solving, quality and value stream improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
With over two decades of market research experience, Lauren Schmidt is adept at guiding projects from inception to completion. She is skilled at selecting the appropriate research methodology, designing effective questionnaires and creating insightful reports. In addition, Lauren is an experienced qualitative researcher, having moderated numerous focus groups. Lauren has a degree in Communications from Miami University.
Ann Toth is responsible for managing the day-to-day research activities for NSRC’s call center. She is proficient at balancing multiple projects while keeping an eye on project details and deadlines. Ann’s previous work includes a supervisory role in the new product development department of a greeting card company and work at a consumer research firm where she frequently conducted taste test studies.
As programmer for NSRC’s in-house and on-line studies, Joe Miklus is an effective and creative problem solver. In addition to his programming work, he is adept in the use of advanced statistical analysis techniques. Joe puts his analysis and macro-writing skills to work when writing both on-going and custom reports. Joe received a degree in English from Cleveland State University.
